Junior Taekwondo (Ages 8–13)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (All Levels)

Train in both Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Burnaby. This program focuses on real-world grappling, self-defense, and ground control—open to beginners and advanced students. A great complement to striking arts or a complete martial art on its own.

Fitness / Kickboxing Program

If you are tired of the same old gym routine and tired of paying expensive gym fees then indoor cycling is a great option. Also, our fitness bootcamp takes you outdoors with the good weather and combines a variety of strength training, cardio and toning exercises.
