Our bread and butter program for all ages. This program is a must for beginning your martial arts journey. A Taekwondo black belt is achievable with a bit of hard work and will give a perfect building block to begin your martial arts journey.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - mixed level classes

Adult Gi classes, Monday, Wednesday at 8pm and Saturdays at noon. Never be lost at the whims of an instructor again. Never wonder where you are starting with our award winning curriculum

Taekwondo High Performance

Competition Classes

With a bit of experience we offer an add-on program for those who want to put their skills to the test with other peers in martial arts. The sky is your limit in this class and give much needed practical experience in applied martial arts practice. This program transforms your twice per week membership into an unlimited program at the studio and opens up the world of BJJ as well.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - No Gi Classes

Mondays and Friday nights at 7pm. Shed the gi and learn to have control when there are no heavy uniforms to hold onto.

Children's Program

As far as martial arts for kids is concerned, our primary emphasis in the class is on respect and basically getting the small children to come out of their “shells”.

Adult Martial Arts

The best time to start working towards your black belt was yesterday and today. When surveyed, it's astonishing how many adults have the regret that they either never trained sooner or never obtained their black belt. We aim to change that. Self defence is as relevant to adults as it is children and Taekwondo or BJJ are both fun ways to get in shape and stay in shape!

Adults Martial Arts

Adult students can take advantage of an mixed martial arts training class once a week where we focus primarily on boxing, kickboxing and grappling.

Head Instructor Phillip Ta not only teaches excellent Taekwondo classes but he is also one of a few BJJ black belts that teach at our academy. With over 15 years of experience teaching adults and kids martial arts he is dedicated to bringing out your best with our proven curriculum.

Fitness / Kickboxing Program

If you are tired of the same old gym routine and tired of paying expensive gym fees then indoor cycling is a great option. Also, our fitness bootcamp takes you outdoors with the good weather and combines a variety of strength training, cardio and toning exercises.
