As far as martial arts for kids is concerned, our primary emphasis in the class is on respect and basically getting the small children to come out of their “shells”.

ADULTS MARTIAL ARTS

Adult students can take advantage of an mixed martial arts training class once a week where we focus primarily on boxing, kickboxing and grappling.

JIU JITSU

Head Instructor Phillip Ta not only teaches excellent Taekwondo classes but he is also one of a few BJJ black belts that teach at our academy. With over 15 years of experience teaching adults and kids martial arts he is dedicated to bringing out your best with our proven curriculum.

FITNESS/KICKBOXING PROGRAM

If you are tired of the same old gym routine and tired of paying expensive gym fees then indoor cycling is a great option. Also, our fitness bootcamp takes you outdoors with the good weather and combines a variety of strength training, cardio and toning exercises.
